2 eggs

2 slices bread

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 green chili, finely chopped

1 tbsp coriander, chopped

Salt + red chili powder to taste

¼ tsp turmeric (optional)

1 tsp butter or oil


Optional:

1 slice cheese, ketchup, or a pinch of chaat masala for extra zing
