Watermelon Juice – Sip the Summer, One Chill Gulp at a Time

🍉 Let Me Paint You a Scene…

The sun’s out. Your energy’s melting.
And there it is — a tall, chilled glass.
Blushing pink. Crystal clear.
A slice of watermelon. A sprig of mint.
You take one sip and everything slows down.

That, my friend, is watermelon juice —
Not just a drink, but a summer ritual.

✨ Why You’ll Love This Juice:

Zero cooking

High on hydration

Instagram-friendly

Sweet, fresh, and cool AF (Always Fresh)

🛒 What You’ll Need (For 2 Glasses):

2 heaping cups chopped watermelon (deseeded)

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional — depends on your melon!)

A few mint leaves (for flair)

A pinch of black salt or chaat masala (if you like it chatpata)

Ice cubes, because duh.

🔄 How to Make It:

1. Blend It All
Toss watermelon, lemon juice, sweetener (if using), and mint into a blender. Blitz till smooth.

2. Strain (Optional)
If you like it silky, strain it. If you like pulp, pour it straight.

3. Serve It Cold
Pour into chilled glasses. Drop in some ice. Garnish with mint or a melon wedge. Sip. Chill. Repeat.

🧊 Puspa’s Tips:

Freeze some watermelon chunks to make it a slushie

Add basil seeds (sabja) for texture and cooling boost

Want it spicy? Add a pinch of chili powder or jaljeera

❤️ Mood Pairing:

Best enjoyed with bare feet on a terrace, a playlist of old favorites, and zero emails to answer.
