  • ¼ cup chilled milk
  • 1–2 tbsp sugar (adjust the sweetness of your soul)
  • A pinch of cardamom powder
  • Ice cubes (yes, please)
  • Saffron strands ‘ crushed pistachios (extra glam — optional)

  • Toss mango, curd, milk, sugar, cardamom into a blender.
